Fear not, Canada! For there’s a new caped crusader policing your incredibly clean and almost unrealistically safe streets! John Malkovich has come to save you all!
During a cigarette break outside the King Edward Hotel in Toronto on Thursday, Malkovich witnessed a tourist from Ohio trip on the sidewalk and slash his neck on some scaffolding. Malkovich, who’s in town playing Casanova in a production of The Giacomo Variations, rushed over to the man and used his hand to apply pressure to the wound while they waited for an ambulance.
“I was face down and I don’t know whether I turned over or whether the guys turned me over to see where all the blood was coming from. And they just were marvelous,” the injured man, Jim Walpole, told a Canadian news outlet. “They put pressure on the wound and wouldn’t let me move until the rescue squad got here.”
Malkovich, famed humorist that he is, also apparently provided some comfort to the injured man, telling him, “Listen, they got a really good [health care] system up here.”
Walpole was taken to the hospital where he got 10 stitches and was released and Malkovich, as the hotel’s doorman put it, “faded into the night.”

Fulfilling a promise he made when he came out publicly in the pages of Sports Illustrated last month, Jason Collins marched in Boston’s Pride Parade Saturday. Collins was joined by his former college roommate and current Massachusetts congressman Joe Kennedy for the event.
Collins, who wore a Nike shirt with the words “#BETRUE” in rainbow lettering, said a “huge weight has been lifted” after coming out. Collins became the first openly gay active player in a major American team sport when he came out in May. Soccer player Robbie Rogers, who is also openly gay, had retired from the sport and had only played in Britain when he came out. However, he has, since then, come out of retirement to play for the Los Angeles Galaxy, David Beckham‘s former team.

When you’ve been around for half a century, you have a couple of secrets no one really knows about.
We already know he’s a man of many faces when it comes to his work, but what about the actor when he’s not in front of the camera?

While Affleck took home “Guy of the Year” and Kimmel took home “Funniest Motherf**ker,” the big winner was actually Bridges, who took home two “mantler” awards: one for Outstanding Literary Achievement and one for “The Original Dude.” Man of Steel was awarded the “Most Manticipated Movie of the Year.”
You can see the full list of winners here.

Madonna must be singing a happy tune after finally unloading her $20 million NYC condo.
After six months on the market and an original asking price of $23,500,000 (discounted to $19.995M), the Wall Street Journal reports hedge fund manager Deepak Narula snagged the 54-year-old superstar’s pad she once owned with ex-hubby Sean Penn for even less than the asking price.
The apartment has actually been a long-running point of contention between the entertainer and her neighbors who filed a lawsuit after she renovated the place for expressing herself a bit too loudly by playing music and dancing.
The 6,000 square-foot duplex is actually quite un-Material Girl-esque. Who knew the Queen of Pop was so old-fashioned?
Located in the famed 1911 Arts and Crafts-style building in the Upper West Side's Harperley Hall, the two-story condo comes with 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and not one, but two large living rooms, Juliet balconies, French doors opening onto stunning views of Central Park, hardwood floors, and stainless steel and marble kitchen.
Take a tour of the place Madonna used to call home in the CB! gallery above.

Yesterday was the season finale of Britain’s Got Talent‘s seventh season. While a dance group from Hungary named Attraction was crowned the winners, the best part of the show came during a performance by Richard and Adam Johnson. While singing “The Impossible Dream,” a woman ran onstage and began to pelt Judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams with eggs. She was quickly grabbed by a security guard and pulled off stage.
The woman has since been identified as Natalie Holt, a member of the Johnson’s band. “I basically took a stand against people miming on television and against Simon and his dreadful influence on the music industry,” Holt later told The Telegraph. ITV, which airs Britain’s Got Talent has said it does not plan to press charges against Holt.
Cowell has responded to the incident on Twitter, via #subtweet.

3She may have placed her acting career on hold when she gave birth to son Aleph, but Natalie Portman is still a stunner whenever she does make an appearance on the red carpet.
Given that she’s been in the spotlight since making her film debut in 1994′s Leon: The Professional, it’s no wonder then that the Oscar-winning actress has had years to try out every possible trend out there.
Seeing how Portman is turning 32 Sunday, Celebuzz is taking a look back her most stylish looks through the years.

What will Lena Dunham‘s Hannah Horvath be like as a 50-something? asks Laraine Newman in this parody video. Not so different at all, as it turns out. Starring original SNL castmember Newman alongside Wendie Malick, Sally Kemp, Mindy Sterling and Martin Starr, this promo promises very little growth from our favorite 20-something Brooklynites in the next thirty years.

Ready for a game of “British Society Weddings And How Everyone Knows Everyone?”
Grand. Let’s begin.
We’ll start with the free-spirited girl dressed likes she’s going to a craft fair. 24-year-old Cressida Bonas, a society girl and friend of Princess Eugenie (also at the wedding yesterday), has been reportedly seeing Prince Harry since late last Spring. Though they were photographed together in Switzerland in February, the Daily Mail claims they’re “on the rocks.”
Quite frankly, Bonas showing up alone to a wedding means nothing, since Harry and Prince William don’t like drawing attention to their personal lives until they’re very serious about a girl.
Anyhoo, Bonas and Eug attended the wedding of Rupert Finch and Lady Natasha Rufus Isaacs, co-founder of the ethically-sound and ethereal label, Beulah London. Finch, now a lawyer, dated the DoC at St. Andrew’s University when she was a freshman (just a year or so before W&K would start their romance).
Finch and Lady Natasha, who attended 2011′s royal wedding together, got engaged last year in Marrakech. The designer is a good friend of Prince William’s.
It’s reported that the Duke and Duchess were invited to the nuptials, but had to decline due to being inundated with so many invites.
Ugh, aristocratic wedding season. Am I right?

Showing several of the couple’s favorite moments together, the picture quickly netted more that 481,000 likes from the star couple’s fans. The photo’s caption reads: “Happy Birthday to my best friend, the love of my life, my soul!!!! I love you beyond words!”
Just because it’s his birthday weekend doesn’t mean West is slowing down. Promoting his new CD, “Yeezus,” out next week, West premiered his new single “New Slaves” via several projections in Washington, D.C. last night. Today he’s in New York City to headline the Governors Ball Music Festival on Randalls Island.
The couple has a busy summer ahead as well. After Kim gives birth to a daughter in July, she’ll join Kanye on tour in Europe.

While Girl Meets World, the sort-of sequel to the iconic '90s hit show, Boy Meets World, has yet to be officially picked up by Disney, that didn't stop series creator Michael Jacobs from spilling some details about the new series and how fans can expect it to be different from its predecessor.
"Girl is going to be its own show. I think that's real important. I really think it's necessary for the audience to understand this," Jacobs said at a press conference following BMW's Reunion Panel at the ATX Festival in Austin, TX. "My feeling is that the premise of the show is about these two girls having a friendship, going off into the world we now know. Girl Meets World will be unique from Boy Meets World in that way."
"However, it is the child of an original program,” he added. “There is no way that I am not going to include everybody that wants to be included on this piece because they're the genesis of the piece. For me, we may build a new house but we're building it on ground and that ground was Boy."
The new series, will focus on Cory (Ben Savage) and Topanga's (Danielle Fishel) daughter Riley Matthews (Rowan Blanchard) and her best friend Maya Fox (Sabrina Carpenter) navigating a world that is nothing like the one which their parents grew up in.
For those BMW die-hards worried about how the new show might impact the legacy of their favorite TGIF staple, Savage said there’s no need to panic.
"We're being very cautious, very careful, trying to honor the old show, trying to work in this new dynamic and this new time that we're all living in."
The actor added, "I think it's important to stress that we're not doing Boy Meets World, we're doing Girl Meets World. I think that this generation grew up with Boy Meets World and it means something very special to them as it means something special to us and we want to try and do something for the next generation and we want to give them something that they can grow up with and have their own memories with."
As expected, Cory and Topanga aren't going to be the best parents. Jacobs told reporters, "If they're great parents I have no show," adding that Cory isn't ready to deal with all the challenges that come with raising children in today's world.
And of course, Jacobs and the writers will continue to attempt to instill the lessons fans came to know, love and learn from Boy Meets World.
One of the last lessons of the former series from Mr. Feeny (William Daniels) to his students was to "do good." And this message will live on in Girl, literally. Jacobs told reporters that a set designer places a second, smaller blackboard in Cory's classroom, which said the phrase.
"I said 'Leave it, don't touch it and it will stay there,'" Jacobs explained. "Because Bill and obviously Cory wrote it — Bill's teachings of all these kids and characters will live on always."

There was a touch of vintage for Alba, thanks to behind the scenes snapshots from photo shoots, make-up sessions and beauty shot re-grams. Between Hudgens’ selfies and Lucy Hale‘s “Oh La La” dressing sense, social media sure is having a blast hosting such pictures.
Meanwhile, Uncle Jesse looks as HOT as ever. Stamos posted a picture of him performing on stage with The Beach Boys. Joe Jonas went for a new look by getting a buzz cut. He sure does pull it off, and looks like he’s keeping his head airy.
With those pregnancy rumors now at a temporary halt, Beyonce got back to work — gracing the stage for her Mrs. Carter Show World Tour. The superstar took to Instagram to share a tour photo of herself wearing a red hot dress that pretty much screamed D-I-V-A.

Kourtney Kardashian got all dolled up for another day out in Los Angeles on Saturday.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star was joined by her two adorable kids — Mason, 3 and Penelope, who turns one in July — and a friend and her little one.
"Morning red lip! Can't wait to meet our fans tomorrow!" Kardashian wrote on Twitter and Instagram, referring to Sunday's meet-and-greet event.
The 34-year-old and her sister Khloe are scheduled to visit Ulta Beauty in Huntington Beach on Sunday to celebrate their new cosmetic line Kardashian Beauty.

The weekend's not over yet, but Ethan Hawke's new thriller is in pretty good shape to take top spot.
Directed by James DeMonaco, The Purge finds its leads (Hawke and Game of Thrones' Lena Headey) in the not too distant future. It's also a time when the U.S. government holds an annual "Purge" session to balance out the society. Nearly all crime becomes legal and pretty much all hell breaks loose.
"I have a secret fantasy of being an environmental terrorist — like when I see these oil spills and all these dead fish and the chopping down of forests. I'd love to slip just a little dynamite in somewhere. That would be where my inner demon lurks," Hawke recently told Grantland when asked what he would do in a real life "Purge."

She's still got a few months to go before officially becoming a Mrs., but from the looks of Kelly Clarkson's cover art for her new single, this bride's ready to go.
On Saturday, the 31-year-old singer unveiled the cover on her Instagram account, complete with a nod to her engagement to Brandon Blackstock (that's really the yellow canary diamond he gave her) and the single itself, "Tie It Up."
Clarkson is scheduled to perform the single at the 2013 CMA Music Festival in Nashville later today.
The original American Idol and Blackstock got engaged in December after dating for less than one year. The couple are set to tie the knot in the fall.

On Friday, the 32-year-old treated her 1.3 million Twitter followers and 214,000 Instagram devotees to a sneak peek of the new collection.
Posing in a blush pink lace bra and matching panties, Bundchen reminds us all why she's famous in the first place.
Speaking of reminders, this is the same person who gave birth to her second child (daughter Vivian) in December.
